Booking Terms – Crete Bellydance Intensive 2026

Registration & Payment
Registration is binding. Your place is confirmed once your registration has been submitted and payment has been received.

Payment can be made via IRIS or in cash, according to the payment instructions provided after registration. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of registration. If payment is not received within this period, your place may be released to another participant.

Cancellations & Transfers
All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, no refund will be issued.

You may transfer your booking to another dancer at no additional cost. Please inform Hara Nawaar Dance Company before the event and provide the new participant’s name and contact details.

If an unexpected situation prevents you from attending in your originally selected city, you may request to transfer your booking between Heraklion and Chania, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange the change.

Workshop & Full Pass Bookings
Your registration is valid for the city and workshop(s) or Full Intensive Pass selected during registration. Places are limited and subject to availability.

Changes to the Programme
Hara Nawaar Dance Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, venue or programme when necessary. Participants will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Event Cancellation
If the event or a specific workshop is cancelled by Hara Nawaar Dance Company, affected participants will receive a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled event or workshop.

Travel, accommodation and other personal expenses are the participant’s responsibility and cannot be refunded by Hara Nawaar Dance Company.

Participation & Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to take part in the workshops. Please inform the instructors of any injury or limitation that may affect your participation.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event.

Photography & Video
Photos and short video clips may be taken during the event for Hara Nawaar Dance Company’s website, social media and promotional material. If you do not wish to appear in this content, please let us know before the event.
