What should I wear?
Wear comfy workout clothes or a flowy skirt. A hip scarf is optional, and fun!
Do I need experience?Not at all. Many students start as complete beginners and build their skills step by step.
What if I’m not flexible?Flexibility is not required.
Through regular practice you will naturally develop strength, mobility, and control.
Can I try one class first?
Yes! Drop-ins and trial options are available for most classes.
